Porygon. The episode was baned after it's daybute in Japan. Porygon's eyes sent several Japanese children to the hospital suffering from seizures. I don't see why it was baned. Children in Japan usually sit very close to the TV which is probably what caused the seizures. The dubbers did not bother to edit it so it was simply baned.
