"I don't know what good this with do but, here," you pull the stone out of your pocket, the symbol seems to shine. The girl smiles, hopping out of the booth and walking up to you.
"Do you know what this is?" she asks.
"Just that it's half of the symbol on this wierd necklace I found." you admit.
"You mean this?" She hold up her hand. Resting on her palm, laced between two of her fingers is the gold necklace.
"How'd you...?" You begin to ask. She holds up a hand to stop you.
"This means power. And this one means courage." she explains, pointing to the two parts of the pendant. "They're a perfect team. In this case, they refer to you and Charmander. Joined by traits like these you two will make a great team. Anyway, I'll reclaim this." she says, puting it in her pocket. "Here. Good job." She tosses you something. Looking into your hand you find a rock. Not just any rock but the other half of the cracked stone! You look at the two pieces, fitting them together carefully as if they might crumble. As them fit together, the gate slowly creaks open. The two pieces fuse, the gate now fully open. You grin, good thing you choose that rock back on the other path. You and Charmander walk through the gate, glancing back at the girl before everything flashes white.
There is the sound of a Hoothoot over head and rustling leaves. Your eyes crack open, seeing the stars in the night sky.
"What, huh, who, where? Charmander, wake up." You nudge the sleeping Pokémon. He yawns looking around then at you. "Was all that a dream?" you ask. He shruggs,
"Mander." He's not sure either. You stand up, relizing that you've been sleeping on a rock for the last few hours. Looking down you nearly fall over. On the ground is a small gray rock with two gold symbols on it.
Ta-da! You reached the best ending! Good job! Remember that a trainer and her/his Pokémon stay together no matter what the problem or what choices you make along the way!
